Garden and Landscape Elements

Our Garden Arkitecture™ line of Garden & Landscape Elements were designed to fill a void in the current market, and to provide you - the gardener and home landscaper - with an alternative to the ho-hum raised planting beds and garden features available today.

planter box as shipped Using composite, partially recycled materials to create attractive, durable, and lightweight garden boxes was just the beginning. Many of the raised planters on the market took hours to assemble or required power tools, some required semi-permanent placement while others required you to actually purchase your own materials. Many of the planters available were priced over the $400 mark, and even those were quite unattractive, cheaply constructed, difficult to construct, or made of materials that would rot away in just a few seasons. I found this status quo to be absolutely unacceptable, and that is when I committed myself to designing a more affordable alternative, and a design which provided for a "No Tools Required" installation that could be completed in minutes, not hours.

4 pieces of planter What I came up with was this simple, garden-friendly design which ships to you in just 4 pieces for most models, and can assemble in seconds with no tools required. What's more, once assembled, it can be moved into location by one person without breaking a sweat. Not sure of your garden design until you see the boxes in place? NO PROBLEM! Assemble your multiple boxes and shift them around until you are satisfied - they are not permanently staked into the ground or built-in-place units. Once happy, fill them with your soil mixture and you're ready to plant! Once filled, the planters are there to stay as long as you want them to, but ready to move whenever you wish to re-decorate!

connection detail The boxes are designed in standard dimensions of 4' x 4' square, 3' x 5' rectangle, and 4' x 8' rectangle, and our standard height is the Double (10.5" tall). This allows for nearly a foot of root depth for most of your planting needs. If you wish to go deeper without requiring much ground penetration, you may increase to our Triple (15.75" tall) height unit. Alternatively, if you are looking for shallow flower beds, or intend to use these Garden Arkitecture™ boxes primarily for decorative and functional border elements, you can request our Single (5.25" tall) height. Add a deeper box to your back yard for use as a decorative compost bin to allow for composting without the eye-sore that large piles of leaves and kitchen waste can be. Perfect for planned neighborhood communities with strict landscaping guidelines or those with bothersome neighbors. CleanSak™ containment attachments can be added to any size of our planters to allow for use on patios or decks, allowing for proper drainage without soil seepage and mess.
Custom irrigation systems can be added to all of our raised beds to allow you to have constant drip irrigation for your thirsty gardens. Never forget to water or lose a harvest while you are on vacation again!
Attachments for adding Garden Arkitecture™ solar tenting designed specifically for your raised bed. We provide the anchors and the solar tent feature to allow for you to extend your growing season by planting earlier than normal and increasing the temperature of your beds by as much as 10 degrees.
